On Credit function
In order for your customer to always pay on invoice, you must first turn this on with your customer.
Step 1. Go to the main menu and press "customers", then click on the customer you want to set it up for.
Step 2. Click on "modify" at the top right.
Step 3. Choose "Has credit" Yes.
Step 4. If you check the box next to "Book incoming MyParkingPro credit reservations" your customer is obliged to pay on credit. If you do not tick this then the customer gets the choice to pay on credit or otherwise.
Step 5. Then click on "Save".
